Shipping

Processing. Orders are packed within 1–5 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as yours ships.

Delivery. Standard shipping takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on where you are. International orders go through customs, and that step is out of our hands — most clear quickly, some take longer. Holidays and Black Friday add time on top.

These are estimates, not guarantees. We'd rather tell you the honest range than promise a date we can't hold.

Cost. Free shipping on every order, no minimum.

Changing or cancelling

We pack fast, so reach us quickly — email info@minicaliber.com with your order number. Once it's packed we can't pull it back, but you can still return it once it arrives.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll reship it — you'll cover the second shipping cost.

Damaged or lost

If your order shows up damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement. If tracking stops moving for more than two weeks, tell us and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
